1. LaserWay mid-term review

This July, the Mid-Term review meeting of the LaserWay project was held in Brussels. The session brought together the 16 project partners along with Olivér Lorán, Project Officer, and Alessandra Caggiano, Expert Reviewer, both appointed by the European Commission.

For over a year now, we have been working on the development of three ultra-high-speed laser technologies for the European manufacturing industry: laser cutting, laser micro-drilling, and laser material deposition (EHLA). All of the progress made so far was showcased during the meeting, where the European representatives provided valuable feedback and insights to support the project’s next steps.

This review marks a major milestone for LaserWay. It was also a key opportunity for the consortium to realign our efforts, reflect on the achievements to date, and coordinate the next stages of work in the months ahead.
