the Wadi El Rayan protected natural area in Egypt.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The facility is responsible for producing water intended for human consumption, in compliance with strict quality standards to ensure its safe distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Because it operates in an environmentally sensitive area, the plant requires <strong>highly reliable and efficient treatment processes<\/strong>, capable of ensuring water quality without compromising the preservation of the surrounding low tolerance for failures or interruptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>objectives<\/strong> The client's requirements were clear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the continuous production of high-quality drinking water.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce solids and impurities prior to the membrane filtration stage.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a robust, low-maintenance pretreatment appropriate filtration rating (130 microns) and sizing the system based on flow rate and operating conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The built-in system includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filtration<\/strong> highly efficient for removing fine particles.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic system for <strong>self-cleaning<\/strong> using backwashing triggered by differential pressure (\u0394P).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration into the controller system<\/strong> of the plant for continuous, autonomous operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This establishes a<strong> an effective protective barrier for membranes<\/strong>, ensuring proper
