commercial and residential development required innovative solutions to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of its infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Given the urgent need to establish healthy vegetation that can withstand Dubai\u2019s arid climate and specific conditions, <strong>AZUD<\/strong>, in collaboration with the installer <strong>Water in Motion<\/strong> and the distributor <strong>Window<\/strong>, they proposed an irrigation system that would ensure the rapid and robust growth of the plant species recently transplanted to Deira Island.<\/p>\n<p>The solution needed to be fast and reliable to ensure that a wide variety of plants\u2014from lawns to shrubs and trees\u2014would take root.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Dubai, United Arab Emirates<br an irrigation system that would not only ensure efficient and uniform water distribution but also withstand the presence of organic contaminants in the recycled water from the municipal wastewater treatment plant.<\/p>\n<p>This required a highly sophisticated system capable of handling potential blockages and variations in water combining sprinkler and drip irrigation was implemented.<\/p>\n<p>Two vertical electric pumps were installed in parallel, equipped with an electrical control panel and a variable-frequency drive to optimize consumption and adjust the pressure required for different areas, with the help of a pressure tank.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>automatic screen filter <a href=\"https:\/\/azud.com\/producto\/azud-luxon-lca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZUD LUXON<\/a><\/strong> The 125-micron LCA ensures that the water is free of large particles before it is applied.<\/p>\n<p>Drip irrigation, which is ideal for sandy soils and dense plantings, uses <strong>self-compensating drippers <a href=\"https:\/\/azud.com\/producto\/azud-premier-pc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZUD PREMIER<\/a><\/strong> 16 mm, ensuring uniform water distribution at a flow rate of 3.5 l\/h and with 0.30 m spacing between significant benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The versatility of the pump system, combined with the VDF, allows the operating pressure range to be adjusted according to the sector or irrigation zone activated by the timer\u2019s irrigation schedule, thereby adapting to the pressure requirements of each type of irrigation system in the installation, whether drip irrigation or sprinkler irrigation.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, the system includes solenoid valves with a pressure regulator and a manual ring filter (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/azud.com\/producto\/azud-modular-100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZUD MODULAR 100<\/a><\/strong>) ensure proper operation in each irrigation zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The drip irrigation system consists of <strong>self-compensating transmitters<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/azud.com\/producto\/azud-premier-pc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZUD PREMIER PC<\/a><\/strong>) with anti-clogging and self-cleaning technology, which ensures a long operation life even in the presence of suspended solid particles smaller than the established filtration degree, but capable of proliferating, such as algae and other
