GN Berries<\/strong>, a leading Mexican producer of berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, operates using a protected agriculture model and sustainable practices. With production areas located in the Baja California Coast Region<\/strong> and in Tepic, Nayarit State<\/strong>, GN Berries combines technological innovation with organic and conventional crop management.<\/p>\n

To implement an innovative project that would ensure the best agronomic practices, GN Berries had the support of Agritek<\/strong>, a specialized installer, and AZUD's advanced technology.<\/p>\n

GN Berries faced a critical challenge: ensuring the agronomic success of its greenhouse blueberry crops. The previous system had serious shortcomings:<\/p>\n

  • Inadequate filtration systems that caused constant disruptions.<\/li>\n
  • Poor uniformity in the distribution of water and nutrients, affecting crop growth.<\/li>\n
  • Premature wear and tear on irrigation lines and irrigation heads \/ head units, leading to higher operating costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These limitations compromised the quality of production.     With the support of Agritek<\/strong> As AZUD's installer and technical support provider, we designed and implemented a customized solution that addressed GN Berries' specific challenges.<\/p>\n

    • Replacement of defective systems:<\/strong> The irrigation lines and sand filtration systems, which were causing most of the problems, were removed.<\/li>\n
    • Installation of the AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC 300 DLP:<\/strong> An advanced filtration technology that ensures automatic and efficient cleaning, improving water quality and protecting the Irrigation system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
