Esther’s Fruits It is a leading agricultural operation located in Cartaya (Huelva) that specializes in growing berries, particularly strawberries. The farm has distinguished itself through its ongoing commitment to innovation and the improvement of its production systems, focusing on more sustainable and efficient models.
In a context marked by pressure on water resources and the need to optimize productivity, Frutas Esther has launched a transition to hydroponic farming, and has now reached the 95% of its area is under this system, with the goal of reaching 100% by the 2025–26 season.
To carry out this transition, the farm has relied on our technology, as well as the expertise of Sanjorge Techniques for system installation.
