In these types of environments, water filtration plays a crucial role, as it affects equipment protection, the stability of hydraulic systems, and service continuity in high-demand areas such as swimming pools and recreational facilities.

 

 

 

 

The Challenge

 

During the operation of the hotel complex, several key needs related to the treatment and Filtration of pool water were identified:

  • Reduce maintenance-related downtime and improve the system’s operational continuity.
  • Minimize water consumption associated with purges and cleaning.

In addition, the need to optimize filtration performance was identified in order to prevent process inefficiencies and reduce reliance on manual interventions.

 

The Solution

 

To address these needs, we designed a solution based on AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC automatic disc filtration systems, tailored to the hotel’s operating conditions and space constraints. Key technical aspects of the solution:

  • Automatic system with minimum drainage volume (10 L per filter), reducing water consumption during cleaning operations.
  • Improving filtration efficiency with different configurations of mesh sizes.
