In an industrial operation such as this, where water quality directly impacts the formulation and performance of products such as soaps and detergents, the need was identified to implement a desalination solution that would guarantee a water supply with controlled and consistent characteristics. Decisions had to be made urgently to avoid compromising the continuity of water-dependent production lines during critical stages such as mixing, dilution, and rinsing.
To meet these requirements, a AZUD WATERTECH OSM DOX54 reverse osmosis plant was installed, designed to ensure a continuous supply of water of sufficient quality for the process.
