The Challenge

They launched an innovative project with the the largest estate in all of Europe in producing organic apple.

The Transition to Organic Farming involves a change in crop management. The adoption of a super-high-density framework, restrictions on the use of herbicides, and the fact that the dripline systems are above ground have posed considerable challenges in this process.
