Protectdrip
Protectdrip

Development of a new localised irrigation system with the capacity to sustainably inhibit the actions of insects and rodents that prevent the controlled application of water and nutrients.

The PROTECTDRIP project is aimed at promoting an even more sustainable agriculture, as it is born with an awareness of the natural environment.

The main objective of AZUD, through this project, is to develop a new micro-irrigation technology that integrates natural repellent defence systems against external agents such as insects and rodents, in order to maximise the good use of water for irrigation.

PROTECTDRIP allows a new challenge to be solved in a highly sustainable and environmentally friendly way, guaranteeing the optimisation of water use and nutrient application in agriculture.
