Oxidagua

New materials with antioxidant and regenerative properties in doped irrigation systems for water reuse in precision agriculture.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN’s 2030 Agenda aim to improve the nutrition of the world’s population by strengthening food security through sustainable intensive agriculture.

To this end, it is essential to ensure the availability and management of water for irrigated agriculture, which is the primary user of water worldwide.

In this project, AZUD promotes the use of reclaimed water through new irrigation systems as an alternative and complementary water source in response to water scarcity in regions where natural resources are limited, thereby contributing to sustainable agricultural management.
